Unexpected entry through an ICT background: Jason studied ICT and Media Design but his studies stopped due to the COVID-19 pandemic. He worked temporarily at Amac before being approached by Perfact for a SAP maintenance planning task at SABIC – and that’s how his career began, without any technical background.

From temporary assignment to permanent position: His analytical skills and eagerness to learn made him a valuable asset. He moved on to a permanent assignment in Bergen op Zoom, continuing to build his career with Perfact.

Self-defined role at Sitech: At Sitech, he started as a Document Controller in a role that was still undefined. Through his own initiative, he grew into the right hand of the Project Manager.

With years of expertise in maintenance and turnarounds, I ensure that projects are well prepared and efficiently executed. I love the challenge of streamlining complex processes and supporting my colleagues with a practical and thoughtful approach. My passion for the profession and commitment to the team make it a pleasure to be part of Perfact again.
As Account Manager, I work from our office in Antwerp to help grow the Belgian region. I am responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships, attracting new clients and talking to potential colleagues. In addition, I maintain contact with a large number of Perfact colleagues in Belgium so that they (hopefully) do not miss out on anything.I get a lot of energy from successes we achieve as a team; when a new colleague starts, a new client or a satisfied colleague. They are all things that make my day. And nice to work in a close-knit team, that nice working atmosphere is also a big motivation for me. You also get a lot of freedom and trust to take on your responsibilities and that really motivates you.
As a senior coach and management consultant within Perfact, I supervise processes for our colleagues as well as for individuals or teams from our clients. But recently, as HR Manager within Perfact, my focus is on developing an HR policy and creating unity in the field of HR within the organization. My background as a coach and other roles help this excellently and I am still involved in my greatest passion and that is developing people and organizations.
With my technical background and practical experience, I thoroughly analyze situations and look for the most efficient solutions. I like the dynamics in my work and the cooperation with different disciplines to successfully complete projects. At Perfact I get the opportunity to continuously develop and expand my expertise in an environment where quality and cooperation are key.
I joined Perfact at the beginning of 2022. Originally from Zeeland but now settled with my wife from Limburg in this beautiful province where I am renovating a farm in my spare time. Op dit moment ben ik Project manager bij SABIC waarbij ik het gebruik van Atex tablets en bijbehorende apps uitrol over de verschillende fabrieken. I chose Perfact because they offer me the opportunity to do different projects with different clients. That keeps me fresh and gives me a sense of freedom. That sense of freedom is enhanced by the opportunity to work part-time and share the care of our son.
I focus on development and change and that in a wide variety of question and/or problem areas. In doing so, I focus on both individuals, teams and organisations on the basis of effective behaviour, taking responsibility and (personal) leadership. As a coach and management consultant, that is what I am working on daily within Perfact.
What is the question behind the question and what is the awareness behind the answer. My motto here is: "It is what it is. But nothing is what it seems". Since 1988, I have worked for a temporary employment agency, an outplacement and training agency and an international organisation focused on executive search, coaching and headhunting. I then ran my own business focused on transformational coaching and management consultancy for 18 years before joining the Perfact organisation, since 2020. Stronger together to support our colleagues, but also our clients so they can better serve their customers!
There is an informal atmosphere within Perfact. Almost everything is negotiable and possibilities are thought of. Together with my colleagues Maarten, Mattias and Ive, we serve the Belgian market and are steadily building more brand awareness in Flanders. We are a close team and have a lot of fun among ourselves. Of course, we also work hard, but fortunately this is often interspersed with drinks at our office in Antwerp.
As Regional Manager I am responsible for the Belgium region, operating in Flanders from Ghent to the Limburg Kempen. I do this together with a team of Recruiters and an Account Manager from our office in Antwerp. A good working day for me is one where there is a good laugh. There are periods of hard work, but the bow should not always be bent.Besides maintaining commercial relationships with existing customers, I also take care of business expansion so that we can put Perfact even more widely on the map.In addition, I also follow up on our project employees and interview potential colleagues. Who knows, maybe we will meet soon!
