As an all-round knowledge organisation, we apply that knowledge in the broadest sense of the word. We train you where necessary. This way, you keep working on your own and Perfact’s development. The knowledge you acquire translates into your work and during internal sessions you share it with other colleagues.
People
People are at the heart of our organisation. Personal approach within an informal atmosphere is important to us and comes first. We find investment in personal development just as important as investment in knowledge. Together, we draw up a plan so that you can continue to develop personally. If necessary, we use our in-house coaches to guide you in the development of soft skills. We not only do this for you, but we also use similar processes for our clients.
Next to this, we are convinced that, besides work, we should set aside space and time for social events, where we talk to each other in an informal way, have fun and celebrate joint successes.

The projects you will work on are mainly at leading organisations in the technical industry. This is where you apply your knowledge. Sometimes this is technical content, but often you will also be managing projects. Based on your added value in engineering and taking ownership, we help our clients optimise their organisation.

Will you be our new colleague?
I am currently working for one of our clients: Bayer. I am preparing a large and complex maintenance stop together with a team. Once the project is in place, you have actually achieved something good and it gives a kick when all the maintenance is carried out as planned.Because of Perfact, I have already had the opportunity to work on many different projects and clients. Also in the various countries where we operate, such as Germany. Fortunately, our account managers always pay attention to personal and team development. If it is possible to switch projects, this happens in most cases. Very nice to be able to work so flexibly and also learn a lot in a short time.
As Account Manager, I contribute to the growth of the Belgian region from our office in Antwerp. I am responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships, attracting new clients and speaking to potential colleagues. In addition, I maintain contact with quite a few Perfact colleagues in Belgium, so they (hopefully) don't miss out on anything.I get a lot of energy from successes we achieve as a team; when a new colleague starts, a new client or a satisfied colleague. They are all things that make my day. And nice to work in a close-knit team, that nice working atmosphere is also a big motivation for me. You also get a lot of freedom and confidence to take on your responsibilities, which is really motivating.
As a senior coach and management consultant within Perfact, I supervise processes for our colleagues as well as for individuals or teams from our clients. My guiding principle here is: Where there is a will, there is a way. Often different than thought. I have been building my career since 1992. First in the public sector where I held various roles, from policy officer to general manager/municipal secretary. From 2016, I have been working full-time in my greatest passion: developing people, teams and organisations. In doing so, I am always curious about the background of behaviour and to guide people in reconnecting their thinking, feeling and acting through deep, direct but always loving confrontation. Because of my broad and differentiated experience, I easily make connections between theory and practice. I give people space to develop themselves and explore their potential. Similarly, I help our colleagues in their journey, this can be on a very personal level, but sometimes also more practically by further developing their communication and leadership skills.
I joined Perfact at the beginning of 2022. Originally from Zeeland but now settled with my wife from Limburg in this beautiful province where I am renovating a farm in my spare time. Op dit moment ben ik Project manager bij SABIC waarbij ik het gebruik van Atex tablets en bijbehorende apps uitrol over de verschillende fabrieken. I chose Perfact because they offer me the opportunity to do different projects with different clients. That keeps me fresh and gives me a sense of freedom. That sense of freedom is enhanced by the opportunity to work part-time and share the care of our son.
As a Lean Black Belt specialist, I am currently optimising a process for our client Thomas Regout International B.V. A interesting assignment and cooperation is going very well.NIn addition to optimising projects for our clients, together with other fellow 'Lean specialists' I provide training within our Perfact Academy. In this way, I contribute to the development of fellow colleagues and customers who want to be trained in this. This is a nice change from the projects I am involved in.Perfact is a great club to be part of. Friday afternoon drinks make it familiar and light-hearted. This way you also get to know other colleagues, very nice!
I focus on development and change and that in a wide variety of question and/or problem areas.
I am currently working for our client SABIC. With a team, I take care of the entire maintenance of a plant through multiple maintenance stops. They are large and complex projects, requiring many people and different disciplines. The lead time and preparation are often long, but when the execution comes to a success at the end then you have actually achieved something good and it gives a kick. Because of Perfact, I have already had the opportunity to work on many different projects and clients. Also in the various countries where we operate, such as Germany and Belgium. In these forms of work, the project/account managers take your personal preferences into account. Very nice to be able to work so flexibly and also learn a lot in a short time.
There is an informal atmosphere within Perfact. Almost everything is negotiable and possibilities are thought of. Together with my colleagues Maarten, Mattias and Ive, we serve the Belgian market and are steadily building more brand awareness in Flanders. We are a close team and have a lot of fun among ourselves. Of course, we also work hard, but fortunately this is often interspersed with drinks at our office in Antwerp.
As regional manager, I am responsible for the Belgium region, operating in Flanders from Ghent to the Limburg Kempen region. I do this together with a team of Recruiters and an Account Manager from our office in Antwerp. For me, a good working day is one where there is a good laugh. There are periods of hard work, but the bow should not always be bent.Besides maintaining commercial relationships with existing customers, I also take care of business expansion so that we can put Perfact even more widely on the map.In addition, I also follow up on our project staff and interview potential colleagues. Who knows, we might meet soon!
